Four residential units, one goal:
sustainable, high-quality, forward-thinking.
With the new building in Monschau, scheduled for completion at the turn of 2025, we are expanding our portfolio to include a modern residential building featuring four spacious units spread over a total of 2.5 stories.
Built using a hybrid wood construction method, the building combines the strengths of wood and solid-frame construction—high living comfort, sustainable materials, and efficient operation.
The solid-construction floor slabs and stairwell core provide excellent sound insulation and thermal mass. The exterior walls and attic, constructed using a wood-frame system with cellulose cavity insulation, ensure outstanding insulation performance while maximizing sustainability. A rear-ventilated facade made of pre-weathered larch wood protects against the elements and emphasizes the building’s warm, natural character.
The heating and hot water system is powered by geothermal wells in combination with a heat pump—completely free of fossil fuels, self-sufficient, and electricity-based.
The four apartments offer a total of approximately 350 square meters of net living space and feature open floor plans, unobstructed views, and plenty of natural light.
The ground floor offers direct access to the private garden, while the top floor features a rooftop terrace measuring approximately 30 square meters. The two apartments on the first floor each have a large balcony that opens off the spacious kitchen-dining area.
A new building with character—and a commitment to blending architecture, sustainability, and quality of life.
