Originating from Severich & Partner GmbH und Co KG, "BAUPROJEKTE" has been active in the entire range of architectural topics since 2021.

These include residential construction, projects for the public sector, school construction, office and commercial construction, interior design and feasibility studies, the renovation of listed buildings and various competitions.

Our success is based on solving complex tasks in an interdisciplinary and cost-oriented manner. We attach great importance to working in partnership, both with each other and with our customers.

WE DO

We develop and manage projects across the entire building construction and interior design spectrum. We accompany construction projects with great passion from the initial idea through to handover. We design everything from the façade to the interior. Our interdisciplinary team of architects, designers, 3D artists, engineers and draughtsmen stands for quality, function and individual design.

Our small team works in an interdisciplinary manner, closely coordinated and with a clear view of the big picture. We think along with you, get to work and maintain an overview even in complex projects - efficiently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

Our headquarters are located in the border region of the Northern Eifel, where we are deeply rooted and bring our team together on a daily basis. At the same time, we are part of a cross-regional network of partners and specialists. This allows us to combine local proximity with wide range of expertise.
